Fund Any Film values the community that helps bring projects to life. We have a refund policy in place that allows you to get money back in the event an error has occurred. Getting a refund could take up to 10 to 12 business days upon submitting a request. In order to send in a refund request, you will need to enter the donation order number from the confirmation email received when placing the donation.
If you are looking at getting a refund on a donation made on a campaign, you will have to fill out the campaign refund request form. Provide the name of the person who made the donation and the number of the order. This order number should be in your confirmation email you received when you completed the donation.
Here at Fund Any Film we value our relationship with those who want to help out. Refunds take up to 10-12 business days to process upon reviewing the refund request. The amount donated will be refunded.
If you are looking at getting a refund on a donation towards the platform, you will have to fill out the platform refund request form. Provide the name of the person who made the donation and the number of the order. This order number should be in your confirmation email you received when you completed the donation.

The amount donated will be refunded. Donations can only be refunded within 180 days of making the donation due to PayPal Refund Policies. Due to third party refund policies, refunds might NOT be the total amount you have donated as a result of these transaction fees. If you opted to cover the transaction fee while donating to the platform, you will receive the donated amount without the added transaction fee. This transaction fee covers any third party fees Fund Any Film incurs.
